EBlock’s Training Videos Boosted Engagement and Learning
Challenge:
EBlock, Canada’s fastest-growing automotive auction platform, wanted to increase buyer activity and engagement on their platform. While the platform was robust, some users struggled to fully utilize its features, leading to missed opportunities for both buyers and sellers. The goal was to create a self-learning resource that would empower buyers, improve platform proficiency, and ultimately drive higher activity.
Solution:
"We developed a series of demo training videos designed to educate buyers on key features and best practices for using EBlock’s platform. Working closely with the product development and sales enablement teams, we ensured the videos were tailored to address common pain points and frequently asked questions.

Easily accessible, hosted on EBlock’s platform and promoted through email campaigns and in-app notifications, available in both French and English.
