ACT’s AIDS Walk Toronto: A Rebrand That United a Community
ACT’s AIDS Walk Toronto is an annual charity event that raises critical funds and demonstrates unwavering support for people living with HIV and AIDS. In 2018, the event underwent a transformative rebrand to modernize its identity, amplify its message, and inspire greater community engagement.
As the Art Director, we led the charge in refreshing the event’s visual identity, creating a cohesive and impactful look across all touchpoints. This included:
Promotional Materials: Redesigning posters, signage, stickers, and programs to reflect a bold, unified aesthetic.
Event Collateral: Crafting eye-catching banners and a dynamic media wall to enhance the on-site experience.
Production Oversight: Managing the end-to-end production of all materials to ensure quality and consistency.
The rebrand not only elevated the event’s visual appeal but also strengthened its emotional connection with participants, sponsors, and the broader community. By blending creativity with purpose, ACT’s AIDS Walk Toronto became more than just a fundraiser—it became a powerful symbol of hope, solidarity, and action.
